Refund policy

Returns & reprints

Every Paw & Wall piece is made to order from your pet's photo, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. We will reprint or refund in full if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the preview you approved.

Just email support@azogroup.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to send anything back.

Previews

Before we print, you receive a free digital preview of your pet's portrait. You can request up to two free revisions. Nothing is printed until you approve.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your preview. After approval the order goes to print and can no longer be cancelled.
