If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, email us a photo within 14 days and we reprint or refund in full. No returns, no forms.
Within 48 hours of ordering we email a preview of your portrait. Request up to two free revisions. Nothing is printed until you approve, and you can cancel for a full refund before then.
Free tracked shipping to any US address. Production takes 2–5 business days after approval, delivery 3–5 business days by USPS or UPS. We don't ship internationally yet.
